Set Up Your Company Easily

Your First Step on Vupiy

When you first log in to Vupiy, the most important step is to add your company. To do this, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and navigate to the "My Companies" section. From there, you can add a new company or view your existing ones. Once you've added your company, you’ll see a company card with several options such as: API, Edit, Settings, Work Schedule, Employees To configure your company's invoice settings, simply go to the "Settings" tab and adjust the billing preferences as needed.

General Invoice Settings

When you enter the Settings section, the first thing you’ll see are the general invoice settings. Here, you can adjust options like invoice terms, notes, currency, and invoice language.

Starting Invoice Number

After configuring these settings, the next crucial step is setting your starting invoice number and determining which invoice number you’re currently on. This is a key step in making sure everything runs smoothly.

Automated Invoice Numbering

The main purpose of setting your starting invoice number is to allow Vupiy to automatically assign new invoice numbers as you issue invoices. This way, you can be sure your invoice numbers will always follow a consistent and accurate sequence.
