Invoice Creation Interface


The first step in creating an invoice is selecting the customer. You can choose an existing customer from your list or add a new one.

Click the small blue button next to the product name to add a product using one of the following three methods:

  • Select from saved products: Quickly choose a product you’ve previously added.

  • Create a new product: Add a new product to your permanent product list.

  • One-time entry: Enter product details manually for this invoice only, without saving them to your product list.

Invoice Setting

You can customize many invoice details from the Settings section located on the right side of the page. For example: Invoice date Currency type Payment method Tax included/excluded setting These settings allow you to personalize each invoice to fit your specific needs.

Invoice Number

When the Auto button next to the "Invoice Number" field is enabled, Vupiy will automatically generate sequential invoice numbers for you. You can click the button to disable this feature and enter the number manually. However, to avoid confusion and duplication, we recommend using automatic numbering.

Sending Options

Once the invoice is successfully created, you can send it to your customer via: Email & WhatsApp

Easy Invoice Sharing and Sending

Using the "Send" button located under each invoice in the invoice list, you can easily copy the document.vupiy.co.uk link of the relevant invoice or instantly share it with your customer via WhatsApp or email. This feature provides a convenient solution for securely and quickly sending your invoices.

Shared invoices can be instantly viewed by recipients in the preview. Additionally, your employees can easily access their past invoices through the "My Invoices" section. They can directly submit any requests regarding current invoices to you and download the relevant invoice. From "My Invoices," you can download all invoices in bulk in Excel and PDF formats or download each invoice individually in PDF format.
