Your invoice. Your Stripe account. Your money.
Vupiy generates a Stripe payment link on every invoice you send. Customers pay Stripe directly with a tap — money lands in your Stripe account, settles to your bank. Vupiy never sits in the middle and adds nothing on top.
Each company connects its own Stripe.
Add your Stripe publishable + secret keys once per company. Vupiy uses them to create payment links scoped to that company's account — no shared accounts, no platform fees, no surprise routing.
- One Stripe account per company — money goes where it should
- Vupiy doesn't touch the funds — Stripe → your bank, directly
- Keys stored encrypted at rest (AES-256)
- Multi-company means multiple Stripe accounts in one login
From invoice to settled payment.
1 · Connect Stripe
In Settings → Payments, paste your Stripe publishable + secret keys. Vupiy validates them with Stripe and stores them encrypted.
2 · Send an invoice
Pick a customer, add lines, click Send. Vupiy creates a Stripe payment link tied to the invoice and emails the PDF with the link embedded.
3 · Customer pays
Customer taps the link, pays with card or Apple Pay / Google Pay. Stripe handles the transaction; you get a notification.
4 · Auto-reconcile
Stripe webhook fires back to Vupiy. The invoice flips to Paid, the payment date is logged, and the report updates instantly.
What you actually pay.
